Eh.
I am using Documents on the iPad Mini 4.
The program does not play well with my Logitech bluetooth keyboard. A large white area insists on blocking the bottom of the page every time I touch the screen. And the text does not scroll up to get out of the way of the box. Once you hit HIDE to dismiss the box, you lose your curser. To resume typing on the keyboard, you have to touch the screen to get a curser. Up comes the white box again.
If you upgrade to this version from the free version as an in-app purchase, like I did, you will have to figure out how to move the documents that you created in the free version over to this version. ( cut and paste the text) Seems like the upgrade should have taken care of that.
There are no useful options to configure. Like turning off the feature that raises a stupid white box that blocks a large portion of the bottom of the page every time you touch the screen if you are using a wireless keyboard.
Pressing the shift key once should turn off caps lock. It doesnt. Not sure if that is the keyboards issue or the software.
When you select SAVE, you return to the main menu. Maybe you didnt want to get out of your document. Maybe you just wanted to save some changes. But, no, you are returned to the main menu each time.
I am sorry that I spent the money. Once I finish this project, Im deleting the software. For simple typing on a simple text document, Pages works better. Sadly, that says it all.
